I tested negative for Covid-19 but my body is outta whack. Blood sugar, blood pressure, it's all bad.
I'm going to take a month to try and get it under control. I do have one new capped pic done but I'm not uploading it yet.

Thank God for that result. Stay safe. I'm surprised that despite all this. People are still traveling for the holidays despite the pandemic, im on Skype for my holidays with. Y members or phone call. Why can't people just make this sacrifice just once. Sorry rambling a bit. Stay safe gensabi , happy holidays.

DeleteSo glad to hear that it's not Covid. Just wondering if you may be Diabetic? I know that one might effect the other. A lot of stress can also cause blood pressure to go out of whack and the meds to treat it can cause sugar spikes.
