Personal Update
Dear Readers,
I have been struggling with my mental health this week after my last therapist appointment things just went downhill. My perception of the world flip flopped and I don't know how to change it back.
So I haven't felt up to capping anything else. Today I didn't even want to do anything at all.
Maybe a little bit into July I'll be better again.
