Ok, if you've never seen the movie or TV show "Weird Science" it's about two geeks who hack into a powerful government computer during a storm and create "the perfect woman" which also has genie like powers because she's a living digital creation. It's a good movie, and although it's not TG it is transformation, and in the TV show based on the movie there was a TG episode where the two geeks are transformed into girls their age.
