Ok, the Toltecs were an ancient civilization in South America long before Columbus or the Vikings discovered the Americas. The Octo-Mom was a lady who made the news back around 2010 for having 8 babies at once, octuplets. The character used chemistry to upgrade an ancient Toltec fertility recipe and it turned him into the woman shown.
