When I read the title, I was thinking a 101 night test - like you get to test a mattress for 101 nights. She gets to try her new body for three months before deciding if she wanted to keep it. Looks like she is going to keep it either way.
It's actually a play on 1,001 Nights. A fairy tale thing.
